Returns

You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email us at support@nebulalook.org with your order number first, and we will send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send a replacement or give a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we confirm the return or the problem.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships by emailing us as soon as possible.
